Hours: M-F, 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. VALUES Innovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Package each part in a way that prohibits damage Ensures the label on the packaging will match the label on the part Work as a team when loading parts onto a pallet Check for quality defects Take direction from the team lead for position rotation ATTRIBUTES Able to work in a team environment Able to multi-task Able to rotate to other positions when needed QUALIFICATIONS Able to lift 50 lbs. Previous manufacturing experience preferred Basic computer knowledge preferred High school diploma/GED preferred This position description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
