Develops, implements and manages treatment programs for a variety of communication disorders through Compass Community Health. Also serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Essential functions are duties, which are essential or primary to the position or the reason the position exists. An individual must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.<br>&nbsp;1. Provides comprehensive differential diagnostic evaluations using formal and informal measures.<br>&nbsp;2. Provides management/treatment programs for individuals with communication disorders.<br>&nbsp;3. Provides appropriate case management/therapeutic intervention.<br>&nbsp;4. Provides appropriate written documentation of services provided.<br>&nbsp;5. Assumes responsibility for ancillary/priority services within department and contributes to development of department by participating in special projects/programs.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Secondary functions are duties, which are not exclusive of the position, and can be performed by other positions; office resources.</li></ol><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, INCLUDING TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:</u></strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Requires master&rsquo;s degree in Speech/Language Pathology; prefer experience with individuals with developmental disability.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be Licensed by the Ohio State Board of Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology; and maintain certification as scheduled by Compass Community Health. May be required to obtain course work at own expense for initial certification as well as renewals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prior experience working in patient/family health care environment preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in communication technologies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous experience with health IT systems, EHR, and health IT systems preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous experience working with a variety of populations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effective organizational skills and ability to collect and maintain data required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains applicable agency trainings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
