Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>What You’ll Do</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Lead Survey Work from Start to Finish.</li>\n   <li>Produce and seal boundary, topographic, platting, and easement surveys.</li>\n   <li>Prepare legal descriptions and survey documentation in compliance with Texas law and TBPELS requirements.</li>\n   <li>Maintain accurate, high-quality deliverables from initial research through final submission.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Keep Projects Moving Smoothly</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Coordinate closely with project managers, CAD staff, survey technicians, and field crews.</li>\n   <li>Provide clear directions to ensure tasks stay on track.</li>\n   <li>Identify and resolve issues early to prevent delays.</li>\n   <li>Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Support & Mentor Team Members</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Guide SITs and technicians toward professional growth and licensure.</li>\n   <li>Reinforce consistent QA/QC standards.</li>\n   <li>Maintain a supportive, professional working environment.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Build and Maintain Client Relationships</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Participate in project kickoff and coordination meetings.</li>\n   <li>Prepare proposals for survey work, including scope and project details.</li>\n   <li>Serve as a professional representative for the company with municipal and private-sector clients.</li>\n   <li>Other job duties.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active Texas RPLS license, or comity-eligible.</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or related field.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in modern surveying technology and software.</li>\n <li>Experience with Geographic Information System (GIS) software.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of local and federal surveying laws and regulations.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years experience in land surveying.</li>\n <li>Strong skills in boundary analysis and legal descriptions.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Trimble GNSS and robotic total stations.</li>\n <li>Experience with platting, courthouse research, and easement documentation.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain quality control, guide workflow, and communicate clearly.</li>\n <li>Preferred experience with UAVs, scanning, or land development projects.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
