          "text": "<p><em>Walk-In Interviews Every Wednesday 6AM - 8AM CDT</em></p><p><em>Site Address:1274 Industrial Blvd, Jasper, TN 37347</em></p><p><strong>JOB DETAILS</strong></p><p><strong>Base Pay is $17.25 per hour plus a .62 cent shift differential</strong></p><p><strong>4th shift: Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 7pm (plus two weekday shifts 7am-3pm)</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits Start Day 1</strong></p><p><strong>80 Hours Vacation</strong></p><p><strong>On-Demand Pay Program (access to your pay when you need it)</strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>Associate assists in the warehouse by crating, pulling product, and unloading trucks. Associate ensures that orders are filled accurately for customer satisfaction; ensures cartons shipped are structurally sound and suitable for sale by visually inspecting cartons, repairing and reboxing as needed.</p><ul><li>Assist with the following aspects of warehouse operation: crating, pulling product, and unloading trucks</li><li>Load loose cartons into trucks to ensure stability during shipment</li><li>Collect wood product for the set-up and construction of crates</li><li>Build crates from wooden materials around cartons of product in preparation for shipment by flatbeds</li><li>Repair or reseal damaged cartons, or rebox product when necessary</li><li>Consolidate all accessory and siding products on storage racks when needed</li><li>Perform daily preventive maintenance and safety checks on motorized equipment</li><li>Perform warehouse maintenance and warehouse housekeeping</li><li>Perform other related duties and assignments as&#xa0;required</li><li>Attend scheduled staff meetings with the Distribution Supervisor, if necessary</li><li>Perform basic duties of Warehouse Associate 2 at times, based upon ability and experience</li><li>Maintain an accurate time card daily and calculate on a weekly basis</li><li>Actively participate in all plant safety programs, depending on location</li></ul>",
