Bare International has global coverage with 13 Offices around the world.  Our vision is to \"inspire excellence\" by delivering actionable insights to our clients that strategically impact the improvement of their customer experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re looking for an enthusiastic <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fieldwork Coordinator for the Spanish Market</span>, who preferably lives in Spain! </p>\n<p>It is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">freelance contracted relationship</span> with us, where you can work fully flexibly, and get paid based on number of scheduled &amp; completed shops.  So both in location and work schedule you are independent, we provide the assignments, and follow-up with results progress monthly, and pay based on completions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What is this role about?</span></em></p>\n<p>This position is all about finding and matching the right people to the right projects, at the right time and ensuring the completion of shop visits.</p>\n<p>Occasionally it includes own mystery shop visits as well, to have hands-on experience on all projects. </p>\n<p>The role also includes the active recruiting of new evaluators to sign up for our actual and upcoming projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How does it happen?</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the scheduling of mystery shopping visits according to project guidelines and deadlines with 100% timely completion.</li>\n<li>Participating in project briefings and understanding specific evaluator requirements.</li>\n<li>Applying relevant scheduling methods (manual assignments, self-assignments) and related processes.</li>\n<li>Understanding and using different follow-up methods and adhering to related processes such as cancelling assignments and updating due dates.</li>\n<li>Monitoring completion rates and reporting potential scheduling issues proactively.</li>\n<li>Assisting in ensuring full project completion in line with client expectations and allocated budgets.</li>\n<li>Working in line with provided budget limitations to ensure profitability, requesting for approval in case of bonus is needed.</li>\n<li>Scheduling the best evaluators for the mystery shop visits for various projects in Spain.</li>\n<li>Following-up to ensure the completion of visits and reports.</li>\n<li>Performing mystery shop visits yourself (willing to travel within Spain - owning a car, travel expenses will be reimbursed).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This role is for You, if…</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You speak English <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>and</em> </span>Spanish fluently.</li>\n<li>You have excellent communication skills and able to explain tasks in an inspiring way.</li>\n<li>You are patient, proactive and you enjoy managing and organizing in your own rhythm, and able to deliver results on deadline.</li>\n<li>You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li>\n<li>You would like to be part of a diverse and international network, with learning opportunities.</li>\n<li>You prefer working from home on your own schedule, and you are result oriented and responsible.</li>\n<li>The assignments come in quarterly / eventually monthly waves,  there can be 'low' and 'peak' periods, which you can balance out with proactivity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How can you apply?</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the link, follow the steps and you’ll soon be contacted by us!  <br><a href=\"https://bare.bamboohr.com/careers/605\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://bare.bamboohr.com/careers/605</a> <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>BARE International would like to store your CV in its Bamboo HR Hiring database for 2 years for the purpose to provide you opportunities in case of similar openings within the BARE Group.
