This role is ideal for a strong clinical technician who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining high medical standards, and partnering closely with veterinarians and hospital leadership.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><strong>Clinical &amp; Patient Care</strong></p><ul><li>Provide high-quality nursing care, including patient assessments, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, laboratory procedures, and treatment administration</li><li>Assist veterinarians with examinations, surgery, and medical procedures</li><li>Ensure accurate medical records and compliance with hospital protocols</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized treatment and surgical environment</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Support</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a clinical leader and resource for veterinary technicians and assistants</li><li>Train, mentor, and support onboarding of new team members</li><li>Help coordinate daily technician scheduling, case flow, and task delegation</li><li>Promote a positive, collaborative, and respectful team culture</li><li>Support performance coaching and provide feedback in partnership with hospital leadership</li></ul><p><strong>Operations &amp; Quality Standards</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering medical supplies</li><li>Ensure adherence to hospital safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines</li><li>Support workflow efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Help implement new protocols, equipment, or medical standards</li></ul><p><strong>Client Communication</strong></p><ul><li>Provide clear and compassionate communication regarding treatments, estimates, discharge instructions, and follow-up care</li><li>Support client education to enhance compliance and patient outcomes</li></ul>",
