You will play a key role in ensuring adherence to Hong Kong and international regulations, managing AML/KYC risks, and supporting business growth while maintaining robust compliance controls.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls for crypto/stablecoin payments, card services, and fiat operations.</li>\n<li>Lead AML/CTF, KYC, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring programs.</li>\n<li>Monitor regulatory developments (SFC, HKMA, PDPO, etc.) and ensure timely compliance with licensing requirements and reporting obligations.</li>\n<li>Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal audits; prepare reports for management and regulators.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to embed compliance into new initiatives and daily processes.</li>\n<li>Handle regulatory inquiries, licensing applications, and audits.</li>\n<li>Train and advise staff on compliance matters and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields; professional qualifications (e.g., CAMS, HKMA, or SFC-related) preferred.</li>\n<li>3+ years of relevant compliance experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or banking, with solid knowledge of AML/KYC and SFC regulations in Hong Kong.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of virtual asset regulations, payment systems, and cross-border compliance.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).</li>\n<li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.</li>\n</ul>",
