    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.17.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.17.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><div><p><strong>Job Description&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Master Industrial Machine Rebuilding Tech will work with oversight of the shop supervisor while exercising independence performing moderate to complex repair and replacement of components of industrial machinery including production machinery and finishing equipment for the commercial textile processing industry.&nbsp; The tech will display excellent electrical and mechanical knowledge and demonstrate the company&rsquo;s core values.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Essential functions</strong></p><p><em>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.</em></p><ul><li>Proficiently read and interpret technical manuals to understand and assess and repair equipment and controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Independently use objective troubleshooting techniques to assess equipment issues and to efficiently create a plan for repair.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead and execute a repair plan, correcting all defective components to optimal specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Leads and performs full testing to ensure the cause of operational issues has been addressed and corrected.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizes and maintains workspace to ensure a clean and safe environment for all team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizes and maintains workspace as directed by Shop Supervisor.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Proficient mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical background.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams and blueprints.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work under pressure with limited time, direction, and guidance to complete work in a timely and accurate manner. &nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates persistence in the face of obstacles.&nbsp;</li><li>Patient and professional demeanor.</li><li>Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Processes.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Supervisory responsibilities</strong></p><p>There are no supervisory responsibilities with this role.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Work environment</strong></p><p>Industrial shop environment with regular exposure to industrial machinery, possible noise, and respiratory pollutants. Wear PPE as required: &nbsp;uniforms, safety eye wear, masks, gloves, respirators, work boots, hard/bump hats, fall protection and ear protection. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical demands</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
