If you thrive in a mission‑driven, high‑expectation environment where leaders are empowered to make real change, this is the place for you.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We are excited to announce multiple Adjunct Teaching opportunities for our <em>Cleveland, OH</em> BSN campus, as well as full-time teaching roles. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>These are on-site, in-person positions, with teaching assignments beginning on or after 8/31/2026</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Teaching assignments include, but not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>OB/Women's Health Clinicals</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Pediatrics Clinicals</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Med Surg Clinicals</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Fundamentals Clinicals</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Nursing Adjunct Faculty support student achievement of course objectives while modeling Arizona College of Nursing’s values of Passion, Adaptability, Accountability, Integrity, and Excellence. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities may include: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Teach and evaluate students in a clinical setting; lab/simulation and/or didactic opportunities may be available on occasion </li>\n <li>Create an engaging learning environment that supports academic progression and professional socialization</li>\n <li>Assess student learning, provide timely feedback, and support remediation of at-risk students</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Course Lead Faculty on curriculum delivery, student success plans, and program evaluation </li>\n <li>Maintain accurate student and clinical documentation and comply with FERPA and college policies</li>\n <li>Communicate professionally with students, faculty, and clinical partners</li>\n <li>Attend required orientations, faculty meetings, and clinical site briefings </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additional expectations: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coach students on leadership, ethics, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and professionalism </li>\n <li>Connect students with campus resources to support success </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Need From You:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s- and/or doctorate-level nursing degree  </li>\n <li>3+ years of recent direct RN-level patient care experience</li>\n <li>Flexibility to teach clinicals required; flexibility to teach labs and/or didactic courses in other areas of the nursing curriculum is strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Are Offering You:</h2>$65/hr. hour for clinical adjunct and $55/hr. for lab adjunct Full-time employees have access to our comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, generous PTO and more Opportunities for professional development.
