The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ideally a minimum of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5 years of experience</span> in both <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">estimating and project management</span> within commercial construction—specifically in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">caulking, waterproofing, and firestopping</span>.</span><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As the Project Manager, you’ll manage all aspects of commercial projects—from performing takeoffs and developing estimates to overseeing budgets, schedules, and field coordination.
