This position is responsible for assisting with direct patient care and clerical duties that are an essential function in the coordination of optimal patient care, including, but not limited to scheduling patients, patient hygiene/toileting, mobility assistance, interdepartmental transportation, vital signs, charting, ordering supplies, cleaning and stocking patient areas, chart audits and interaction with all areas of the department .</p>\n<p><strong>Reports:</strong></p>\n<p>RN/Nurse Manager</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Supervises:</strong></p>\n<p>None</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2>\n<p><strong>Schedule is Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm, no holiday or weekend work.  </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Education:</strong></p>\n<p>High school diploma (or equivalent) and successful completion of a Medical Assistant training course at a vocational/technical school.  </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience: </strong></p>\n<p>None</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Preferred Experience: </em></p>\n<p><em>Successful completion of a Medical Assistant externship and two (2) or more years of job-related experience preferred.</em></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Certification/License/Registry:</strong></p>\n<p>Certified Medical Assistant</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>If you are interested in becoming a part of TMH’s legacy of quality & compassionate healthcare, we want to know you.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Please submit your application & resume TODAY!
