    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><strong>Position Title:&nbsp;</strong>ASSEMBLER &ndash; CLEAN ROOM</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong>Position is responsible for the accurate assembly of components as specified by customer work orders, engineering process routers, blueprints and any applicable code or specification, in a clean room environment.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong>Team Leader &ndash; Clean Room</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Personnel:&nbsp;</strong>Not applicable.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Accountabilities:&nbsp;</strong>Assemblers are responsible for producing conforming components that meet all blueprint dimensions within the said tolerances; any moving parts must operate correctly. Cleanliness and preservation of internal components must be maintained along with the final appearance of the component. All SOP&rsquo;s and WI&rsquo;s must be followed and a safe, clean and organized work area must be maintained.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Authorities:&nbsp;</strong>Not Applicable</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Perform pre-clean room wash operations and follow appropriate procedures for clean room entry with materials.</li><li>Perform complex assembly operations using a variety of tools and equipment within a clean room environment.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished component.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Use torque wrenches and understands torque methods and sequencing.</li><li>Use precision measuring instruments.</li><li>Install thread inserts, keenserts and fasteners.</li><li>Operate and trouble shoot equipment used in assembly operations.</li><li>Perform material handling functions using material handling equipment within the clean room.</li><li>Enter correct data into data collection system (IDC) and ensure accurate labor reporting.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and properly operate the &ldquo;Available Documents&rdquo; program.</li><li>Monitor and maintain proper cleanliness of equipment and work area on a daily basis.</li><li>Communicate with co-workers and supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Qualification Requirements:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Educational Experience</u> &ndash; A high school diploma or equivalent is required. &nbsp; A minimum of one year of trade school, vocational education or apprenticeship is preferred but not required.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Experience</u> - Not Applicable</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Physical Demands</u> - The employee is required to:</p><ul><li>Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor.</li><li>Exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or</li><li>Exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or</li><li>Exert up to 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Certification Required</u> &ndash; Not Applicable</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Visual Acuity</u> - Near acuity and accommodation are required for reading blueprints, written instructions and assembling small details.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Hearing Ability</u> - Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes in order to take appropriate action. &nbsp;Accommodations as required for communicating with employees.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Working Conditions</u> - The employee is subject to:</p><ul><li>Must be able to wear all required clean room gowning and PPE for extended periods of time</li></ul><p>and follow all clean room operation requirements.</p><ul><li>Some noise levels from operating machines.</li><li>Physical hazards from moving equipment and production components.</li><li>Breathing fumes, dust and mist potentially when outside the clean room</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The employee may be required to follow other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties as requested, subject to all applicable state and federal laws.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Attendance is an essential job function.</p><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p><strong>We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>1st & 2nd ",
