Following our rotational therapist model, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes, </span></span><span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">while sharing our core values of communication, community, excellence, health, and innovation.</span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\"> </span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Client-Centered Care Accountabilities</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provide individual trauma therapy utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and/or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Conduct efficient and effective clinical client assessments (mental health history, risk assessment, trauma, and addictions).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Facilitate psychoeducation groups (based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), sleep education, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness, and family support).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Conduct WorkSafeBC assessments for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Screens.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Assist in grounding and reflection post psychopharmacological treatment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Complete trauma timelines and discharge summaries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrate expertise and skills to support clients presenting with:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Post-traumatic stress disorder</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Psychological injury</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Addiction and substance use</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Depression</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Anxiety</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Moral Injury</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Personality Disorders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Other mental health diagnoses</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Team Collaboration Accountabilities</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Participate in weekly case consultations and complex case discussions, with the interdisciplinary team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Work collaboratively with other therapists within a rotating therapist model.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Communicate with other clinicians on a regular basis about issues related to client care</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Attend relevant clinical meetings, including but not limited to WorkSafeBC (Return to Work), RCMP and other programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Engage in professional consults and supervision.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Administrative Accountabilities</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensure same-day completion of session notes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Complete assessment reports in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provide reporting to third-parties and community referral sources.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Community Advocacy</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Participate in mental health promotion activities and contribute to establishing and maintaining mental health and addictions community resources</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">WHAT YOU BRING</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Experience</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health assessment/triage and treatment is required.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Experience using evidence-based trauma therapy, specifically EMDR or ART is an asset.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Experience with individual, group, and family counselling is an asset.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Equivalencies of experience may be considered.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\"> </span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Education</span></span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Doctoral degree (Ph.
