Reporting to the VP, Account Management, you will be responsible for the planning and activation of multiple sports sponsorships.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You Will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and nurture our relationship with the client to facilitate delivery of integrated services and drive agency growth</li>\n<li>Manage relationships and engage in constant communication with multiple property stakeholders in order to ensure the successful execution of client programming and identify future opportunities for program growth</li>\n<li>Integrate and direct internal agency service resources to ensure seamless execution and delivery of program initiatives</li>\n<li>Support senior management on operational aspects of client programs as assigned in a leadership capacity</li>\n<li>Work with internal agency service groups to evaluate and achieve client objectives</li>\n<li>Manage execution of recap decks for each program while evaluating data and metrics for key client takeaways to build upon the existing client relationship and future opportunities</li>\n<li>Oversee all client-related financial and administrative compliance including maintaining program financials, contract administration, client onboarding, invoicing and PO creation, and budget forecasting</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You Have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of client management experience including the areas of event or logistics management at an agency, brand or sports property.</li>\n<li>Past experience supporting a pharmaceutical client is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">must</span>.</li>\n<li>Experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications including, but not limited to, media (linear TV, CTV, social media, video), public relations, sponsorship, and creative design</li>\n<li>The ability to work flexible hours when necessary, which may include nights and weekends</li>\n<li>The ability to travel if needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $120-135K, and is eligible for a discretionary, annual bonus.</em></p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em>Compensation packages are based on unique factors for each specific candidate including skillset, depth of experience, business needs, parity with other team members, and applicable certifications, among other job-related considerations. rEvolution offers a robust benefits package, highlighted below.
