    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Guest Lab Instructor is a lead technologist or senior clinical staff member from an affiliated clinical site who provides on-campus, hands-on laboratory instruction to students. This role supports skill development, reinforces clinical best practices, and strengthens collaboration between the institution and clinical partners.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide hands-on instruction during scheduled on-campus lab sessions</li>\n<li>Demonstrate clinical techniques, workflows, and best practices relevant to student training</li>\n<li>Support students by answering questions and reinforcing safety and quality standards</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Program Directors and Clinical Coordinators to meet lab objectives</li>\n<li>Maintain professional conduct consistent with institutional and clinical site standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current lead technologist or senior technologist at an affiliated clinical site</li>\n<li>Actively involved in training or supervising students at the clinical site</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and ability to teach in a lab environment</li>\n<li>Recommendation from a Clinical Coordinator or site leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Time Commitment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>One or more single-day lab teaching sessions, scheduled as needed</li>\n<li>Lab sessions are typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; however, guest lab instructor hours may be flexible, with a minimum commitment of four (4) hours per session.</li>\n</ul>",
