This role is critical to ensuring our equipment, utilities, and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting production goals.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">4-Day Work Week: Monday&ndash;Thursday (4 x 10-hour shifts)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">If you&rsquo;re an experienced leader with strong electrical expertise and a passion for improving uptime, safety, and team performance, we want to hear from you.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Leadership &amp; Operations</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians (mechanical &amp; electrical)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plan, prioritize, and oversee daily maintenance and work orders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with production to minimize downtime and maximize reliability</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support hiring, training, and performance management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as point of contact for vendors/ utility providers/ regulatory agencies</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Maintenance &amp; Facilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely resolution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee installation, repair, and movement of equipment and utilities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain CMMS records and support new equipment commissioning</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee utilities including electrical, gas, air, water, and process systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for overseeing upkeep of grounds and facilities</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Electrical &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise electrical work in compliance with NEC and state regulations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain panels, transformers, MCCs, drives, and controls</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA (70E), and LOTO procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support environmental and regulatory requirements</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive reliability and efficiency improvements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner on capital and process improvement projects</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Valid Virginia Electrical License (required)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5+ years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2+ years in a leadership role</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, PLCs, drives, and control systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and three-phase systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read schematics and blueprints</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to work on Fridays as needed</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Strengths</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong troubleshooting skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leadership and team development</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Safety-first mindset</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organization and prioritization</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Solid electrical and mechanical expertise</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lift up to 50 pounds</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and climbing</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role operates in a manufacturing facility where conditions may include exposure to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures (hot or cold), and moving machinery.
