      "content": "\n<li>Set up and conduct functional, pressure, and flow tests on hydraulic components and systems (valves, pumps, motors, cylinders, actuators, hoses, etc.).</li>\n<li>Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test procedures.</li>\n<li>Operate and maintain hydraulic test stands, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.</li>\n<li>Record test data and generate detailed test reports for engineering and quality teams.</li>\n<li>Formulate hydraulic efficiency</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and diagnose issues during testing and suggest corrective actions.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li>\n<li>Assist in developing test procedures and improving test setups for efficiency and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>HS diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Technical/vocational training / associates degree in related field is preferred</li>\n<li><strong>1+ years of experience in hydraulic system testing or related mechanical testing environment.</strong></li>\n<li>Mechanical inclination and aptitude are required</li>\n<li>Experience with hydraulic test stands and data logging systems is preferred</li>\n<li>Familiarity with ISO, AS, or MIL test standards is preferred</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of hydraulic theory, components, and test practices</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and hydraulic schematics</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems</li>\n<li>Proficient with hand tools, gauges, and test instruments</li>\n<li>Good attention to detail and strong documentation skills</li>\n"
