Determines action plans to comply with internal/external customer demands for reliable processes/equipment to eliminate failures.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>The following duties are normal for this position.
