Description The Principal, End-to-End Power Delivery Manager serves as a senior leader responsible for the planning, design, development, and commissioning of large-scale behind-the-meter power generation and electrical infrastructure supporting next-generation hyperscale data center campuses. This role oversees complex energy infrastructure projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and global best practices in safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability. This position will support the delivery of the GigaScale Campus Program , leading cross-functional coordination across power generation, utilities, gas infrastructure, substations, electrical distribution, construction, operations, and commissioning teams to successfully execute hyperscale energy infrastructure at unprecedented scale and speed. The role requires strong leadership in program execution, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, risk mitigation, and schedule management while driving standardization, operational excellence, and scalable power delivery strategies across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in behind-the-meter power generation, mission-critical electrical infrastructure, large-scale energy project delivery, and hyperscale campus development within fast-paced, high-growth environments. **This role is based in the El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM area and requires one to live in the area. Relocation assistance available. Only apply if you currently live in this area or are able to relocate permanently to the area. ** Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of behind-the-meter power generation infrastructure supporting hyperscale and GigaScale data center campus developments. Oversee planning, design, construction, commissioning, and operational turnover of onsite power generation systems including gas generation plants, microgrids, substations, and campus electrical distribution infrastructure. Drive execution of complex energy infrastructure programs from early-stage due diligence through energization and commercial operations. Manage coordination between utilities, EPC contractors, OEMs, environmental agencies, AHJs, engineering consultants, and internal stakeholders. Lead development and execution of temporary and permanent power strategies to support phased campus delivery and operational ramp-up. Ensure alignment between power generation infrastructure, data center load growth, commissioning schedules, and operational readiness milestones. Oversee project controls, forecasting, budgeting, commercial management, and risk mitigation for large-scale energy infrastructure programs. Support permitting and regulatory activities associated with onsite power generation, air permitting, fuel supply, emissions compliance, and environmental approvals. Drive standardization and scalability across power generation designs, delivery methodologies, and operational integration strategies. Identify critical path risks associated with generation equipment, gas infrastructure, utility coordination, transmission constraints, and long-lead material procurement while implementing mitigation plans. Provide executive-level reporting regarding infrastructure readiness, schedule performance, commercial status, and key program risks. Lead strategic coordination with energy providers, utilities, and technology partners supporting hyperscale campus expansion initiatives. Mentor and develop technical and project delivery teams supporting mission-critical power infrastructure execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale power generation, energy infrastructure, mission-critical, industrial, or hyperscale data center programs. Proven experience with behind-the-meter power generation systems including gas turbine generation, reciprocating engines, microgrids, backup generation, substations, and campus distribution systems. Strong understanding of utility coordination, gas infrastructure, energization planning, emissions permitting, and grid interconnection processes. Experience leading complex infrastructure projects from concept, permitting, and design through commissioning and operational turnover. Deep knowledge of mission-critical electrical systems, resiliency strategies, commissioning processes, and operational reliability requirements. Experience managing EPC contractors, OEMs, utilities, engineering consultants, and large multidisciplinary delivery teams. Strong understanding of project controls, forecasting, schedule management, commercial negotiations, and infrastructure risk management. Familiarity with hyperscale AI/HPC power density requirements and large-scale campus energy strategies preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent high-value infrastructure programs in fast-paced environments.
