    "description": "<p><span>bbf: is one of the fastest growing real estate companies on the Cyprus market, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Junior Civil Engineer </span>for our office in Limassol.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main tasks and responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide necessary information for sales agreements preparation.</li>\n<li>Upload, check and update projects information as Area list, Drawings, Specifications, 3Ds (inform sales dep. For any updates, changes etc).</li>\n<li>Overseeing each project’s progress and update milestones dates, such as construction and delivery, on a monthly basis.</li>\n<li>Final check of the separated title deeds.</li>\n<li>Preparation of shares for each project.</li>\n<li>Tendering, evaluation and nomination of consultants<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements for the position:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree. Degree in Civil Engineer, or Architect will be considered as advantage.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Fluency in written and spoken in Greek and English are a must. </span></li>\n<li><span>At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
