This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced apparel environment and enjoys coordinating production, managing inventory flow, and collaborating across departments to keep operations running smoothly.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Reporting to the Product Development Manager, the Production &amp; Inventory Planning Assistant will help oversee production timelines, inventory planning, vendor communication, and inbound logistics to support the successful delivery of our collections.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is an on-site position based in Miami, FL. Remote work is not available for this role.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span>Production Coordination</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Assist in managing production timelines and ensuring deadlines are met</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors regarding orders, updates, and shipment status</span></li>\n<li><span>Track production from development through final delivery</span></li>\n<li><span>Help resolve production issues, including delays, shortages, and quality concerns</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain production calendars and provide regular updates to internal teams</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span>Inventory Planning &amp; Management</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and demand</span></li>\n<li><span>Support inventory replenishment planning and stock allocation</span></li>\n<li><span>Track inbound shipments and ensure accurate receipt of goods</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain accurate inventory records, product data, SKUs, and pricing information</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with inbound logistics coordination and warehouse communication</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span>Administrative &amp; Cross-Functional Support</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Create and update purchase orders, production documents, and tracking reports</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain organized vendor, production, and inventory files</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with design, sales, logistics, and operations teams to support business needs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)</span></li>\n<li><span>1–3 years of experience in apparel production, inventory planning, operations, or a related field preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</span></li>\n<li><span>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Detail-oriented and proactive with a collaborative mindset</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>Preferred Skills</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Knowledge of apparel production timelines and processes</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with ERP or inventory management systems</span></li>\n<li><span>Understanding of demand forecasting and stock planning</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with garment construction, fabrics, and trims</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A proactive, organized, and dependable team player</span></li>\n<li><span>Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong attention to detail and follow-through</span></li>\n<li><span>Adaptable and solution-oriented with a willingness to learn</span></li>\n<li><span>Candidates must be able to work in the Miami office during the workweek</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic apparel company and gain hands-on experience across production, inventory planning, and operations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>To apply, please submit your resume for consideration.</span></p>",
