          "text": "<p><b><u>PeopleSoft Functional Analyst</u></b></p><p><b>Location: Manhattan, NY</b></p><p><b>Local Candidates Required? : Strongly Preferred (local candidates will be considered first)</b></p><p><b>Duration: 12+ month contract</b></p><p><b>Interview Process: phone + F2F/Skype</b></p><p><br /></p><p><b><span></span></b></p><p><u><b>MUST HAVE:</b></u></p><ul><li>10+ years’ experience working with <span>multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools across multiple HCM modules</span><u></u></li><li><span>Previous experience as a HCM Techno-Functional Lead for 5+ implementation and/or upgrade projects</span><u></u></li><li><span>5+ years’ experience using PeopleSoft North American Payroll module including implementation, design, and customization</span><u></u></li><li><span>Working experience and understanding of PeopleSoft HCM applications v 9.2 and PeopleSoft Tools v 8.54</span><u></u></li><li><span>Experience with implementation, design, configuration, and customization for PeopleSoft Garnishment, Payroll, and Workers Compensation modules</span><u></u></li><li><span>Full life-cycle support experience in requirements gathering, fit/gap system analysis, design, development, quality assurance, documentation, testing, training, production stabilization, and implementation planning</span><u></u></li><li><span>Ability to construct application flows for core business processes and create function design for application customizations/enhancements including interfaces and reports</span><u></u></li><li><span>Proficient with SQL and PS/Query for reviewing data, troubleshooting and testing/validating source system data</span><u></u></li><li><span>Excellent writing skills including experience creating create functional specifications, design documents, training materials, test scripts, etc.</span><u></u></li><li><span>Excellent communication including group/committee presentation and working/leading staff and management </span><u></u></li><li><span>Proven ability to evaluate configuration options to leverage PeopleSoft delivered functionality<br /> <br /> </span><u></u></li></ul><p><u>NICE TO HAVE: </u></p><ul><li><span>Knowledge of Report Distribution Tools such as VISTA Plus, LRS products etc. </span><u></u></li><li><span>Working with an enterprise wide, large scale implementations</span><u></u></li><li><span>Experience working within a matrix environment</span><u></u></li><li><span>CA Scheduler Tool</span><u></u></li></ul><div><b>Regards</b><br /><br />Avinash<br />avi (at) scoutet (dot) com<br />609 303 2211<br /></div><p><b><span></span></b></p>",
