The position is responsible for demonstrating YMCA leadership competencies to ensure the mission, purpose, image and core values of the YMCA of Greater Rochester are conveyed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p>· Provide individual massage, which follows the sound scientific information of the Licensed Massage Therapist.</p><p>· Build relationships with members to help them pursue their total body care goals.</p><p>· Deliver an amazing, safe, and therapeutic experience with every service.</p><p>· Arrive prepared and on time for all appointments.</p><p>· Ensure massage room is comfortable for members and cleaned appropriately at end of appointment.</p><p>· Maintain all required certifications.</p><p>· Attend all required meetings and trainings.</p><p>· All other duties as assigned.</p>",
