Highly motivated, responsible, reliable, and teamwork-oriented technician to ensure superior service and installations on all projects. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience or knowledge of the electronic security solutions industry, with an understanding of CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Burglar Alarm Systems, Gate and Gate Entry Systems.</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical and electrical skills are required.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work on ladders and lifts.</li>\n <li>Ability to work on a team or on an individual project.</li>\n <li>Ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.</li>\n <li>Ability to install conduit and efficiently run cable/wire.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain an in-depth knowledge of our complete line of products and services.</li>\n <li>Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to new and existing customers.</li>\n <li>Must be organized, self-driven, and customer service focused.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Security and Alarm based Applications.</li>\n <li>Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Previous low voltage installation experience.</li>\n <li>Experience in welding is a plus.</li>\n <li>1-3 years’ experience as a Security Systems Technician</li>\n <li>OSHA 10 training is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.</li>\n <li>Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Occasionally required to climb stairs and/or ladders.</li>\n <li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.</li>\n</ul>",
