Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment.</p><p><u><strong>Essential Functions</strong></u>:</p><ul><li>Setup banquet areas to include linen, service ware and glassware.</li><li>Serve food and/or beverages in a professional manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Promptly remove dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function.</li><li>Understand how to set up multiple buffets according to the requirements on the banquet event order.</li><li>Replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guest&rsquo;s overall satisfaction.&nbsp;</li><li>Once banquet is complete, reset room according to specifications to ensure readiness for the next business day or function.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean work area.</li><li>Required to be able to work varying schedules from time to time.
