If you're someone who can read a plan, build solid formwork, and get the job done right—we want to hear from you.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Review project documents</strong> – Read contract drawings and specifications to understand project requirements before starting work</li>\n <li><strong>Build concrete formwork</strong> – Construct and install forms that will shape poured concrete structures</li>\n <li><strong>Erect scaffolding systems</strong> – Set up scaffolding for building access, including ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms, and gangways</li>\n <li><strong>Install concrete chutes</strong> – Position and secure chutes for controlled concrete pouring</li>\n <li><strong>Construct temporary shelters</strong> – Build weather protection and temporary structures as needed on site</li>\n <li><strong>Direct equipment operators</strong> – Use hand signals to guide operators for precise material placement and alignment</li>\n <li><strong>Support the project team</strong> – Attend site meetings, share updates, and take on additional construction tasks as assigned by your Foreman or Superintendent</li>\n <li><strong>Work safely</strong> – Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of carpentry experience (preferred)</li>\n <li>Carpenter apprenticeship training is a plus</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED (preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and precision</li>\n <li>Solid grasp of basic math</li>\n <li>Able to plan your work and select the right tools</li>\n <li>Good communication and teamwork</li>\n <li>Reliable, punctual, and ready to problem-solve on the fly</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions and Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work is often performed outside under any type of weather conditions.  Exposure to varying degrees/amounts of heat, cold, dust, dampness, ice, precipitation, and mud. Must be able to: Climb and maintain balance on scaffolds and ladders; use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects and materials; lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds repetitively to meet the physical demands of our industry.
