    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a <strong>Program Manager</strong> supporting the 4STS Program Office, Mission Delta 4 (MD4) at Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO.  Odyssey is in search of an experienced professional interested in joining a fast-paced, dynamic team supporting the United States Space Force responsible for the sustainment of missile warning, missile defense, space domain awareness sensors and command and control systems. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>This is a full-time role at Peterson SFB, CO with hybrid flexibility 1 day per week - subject to change per the customer's discretion.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Duties include, but are not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support and conduct strategic planning consistent with program direction, resources, and objectives established by higher authority; make recommendations for improving division processes and products</li>\n <li>Support road-map planning, development and review</li>\n <li>Help lead acquisition strategy analyses and program planning processes</li>\n <li>Analyze programs and develop sound, efficient and effective execution strategies</li>\n <li>Use experience, expertise and skill set to advise, assist, and recommend actions to the Integrated Mission Delta on consistency and continuity of requirements, objectives and planning/programming</li>\n <li>Develop, prepare, staff and review Early Strategy and Issues Session, Acquisition Strategy Panel and Acquisition Approval Process Board briefings</li>\n <li>Support the development, management, and monitoring of program and project-integrated master schedules</li>\n <li>Advise Government personnel on contractor performance issues and risks</li>\n <li>Prepare briefings, acquisition documents and reports</li>\n <li>Present Government briefings</li>\n <li>Assist in risk assessments</li>\n <li>Apply cost analytics and data processing skills to provide advice and assistance on technical evaluations and realism, balance, and reasonableness assessments of proposals</li>\n <li>Support requirements definition, development, configuration management, test (all phases), risk management, system security engineering, operations and organizational/intermediate/depot-level, maintenance (all types), planning/programming, implementation/deployment of solutions, review, and development of system technical baseline documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Citizenship:</strong> Must be a US Citizen</p>\n<p><strong>Clearance:</strong> Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance</p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma </p>\n<p><strong>Years of Experience: </strong>3 or more years' of directly related experience</p>\n<p><strong>Additional Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess knowledge, experience, and ability to perform as a Program Manager and/or Project Manager</li>\n <li>Possess the ability to learn new processes and manage those processes with little supervision</li>\n <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office tools</li>\n <li>Experience and familiarity with the 12 product support elements/integrated logistics support elements<u></u></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Experience:</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance: </strong>Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required at the time of application, with the ability to maintain status throughout the contract lifecycle.</p>\n<p><strong>Certification:</strong> APDP Level II (or equivalent - such as PMP) in Program Management</p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.</p>\n<p><strong>Years of Experience:</strong> Minimum 7 years of project management experience within the DoD contracting space, including at least 3 years directly overseeing early warning radar or large-scale sensor system integrations.</p>\n<p><strong>Additional Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification combined with a recognized Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist).</li>\n <li>Advanced degree (Master’s) in Engineering Management, or direct technical experience with the AN/FPS-132 UEWR architecture, phased-array sensors, and RF signal processing.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success implementing scaling Agile frameworks specifically for legacy DoD hardware modernization and software sustainment programs.</li>\n <li>3 years in a Department of Defense program office</li>\n <li>Experience with Confluence and Jira</li>\n <li>Experience with missile warning, missile defense, space domain awareness, and command and control systems</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Cybersecurity processes regarding ATO submittal</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Additional Information:</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Peterson Space Force Base, CO</p>\n<p><strong>Hybrid:</strong> 20% of your time working remotely, must be local to Colorado Springs, CO – subject to change per the customer’s discretion</p>\n<p><strong>Travel:</strong> 25% travel may be required CONUS and OCONUS </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-JK1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
