You’ll collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety.</p><p><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br><strong>Design Verification &amp; Acceptance Testing</strong>: Lead the verification and acceptance testing of advanced electronic and pyrotechnic products for aerospace and defense applications.<br><strong>Test Setup &amp; Execution</strong>: Set up and operate a variety of test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, environmental chambers, etc.) to evaluate product performance, reliability, and safety.<br><strong>Procedure Compliance</strong>: Execute tests in strict accordance with Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), Qualification Test Procedures (QTPs), and In-Process Test Procedures (ITPs).<br><strong>Troubleshooting &amp; Maintenance</strong>: Diagnose, calibrate, and adjust test equipment, components, and systems to ensure optimal operation.<br><strong>Documentation</strong>: Maintain meticulous records and generate comprehensive test reports to support product certification and continuous improvement.<br><strong>Tool Utilization</strong>: Employ a range of hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring devices, to support testing activities.<br><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Contribute to the development of new testing methodologies and participate in process improvement initiatives.<br><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Work cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges and drive product excellence.<br><strong>Environmental &amp; Stress Testing</strong>: Conduct rigorous environmental, stress, and durability tests to validate product integrity.<br><strong>Dimensional &amp; Schematic Interpretation</strong>: Interpret complex dimensional and schematic drawings to ensure accurate test setups.</p><p><br><strong>What You Bring</strong><br><strong>Experience</strong>: 5+ years as a Test Technician, ideally in aerospace, defense, or a related high-reliability industry.<br><strong>Technical Proficiency</strong>: Skilled in using electronic test equipment (voltmeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) and mechanical measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).<br><strong>Analytical Skills</strong>: Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and optimize test setups.<br><strong>Hands-On Expertise</strong>: Manual soldering of SMD components and practical troubleshooting skills.<br><strong>Software Skills</strong>: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br><strong>Mobility</strong>: Willing and able to travel to the Hollister, CA site up to 75% during the first 90 days (for training).<br><strong>Education</strong>: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field or military experience preferred.</p><p>*This role is subject to ITAR regulations.</p><p><br><strong>Working Conditions</strong><br>Test lab environment with required PPE.<br>Standing for 8–10 hours per day.<br>Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.<br>· <strong>Communication Skills</strong>: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate test results, observations, anomalies, and troubleshooting findings.<br>· <strong>Calibration Experience</strong>: Experience performing equipment setup, calibration verification, and test system maintenance activities.<br>· <strong>Military Experience</strong>: Military electronics, avionics, communications, radar, or related technical military experience is highly valued.</p><p>#LI-FP1<br>&nbsp;</p>",
