This role oversees the operation of computerized batching systems, ensuring all concrete mixes meet specified designs, quality standards, and production schedules.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>The operator works closely with production crews, quality control personnel, and supervisors to ensure consistent leads to meet production schedules.</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span><span> Adjust batching processes within established limits to </span><span>maintain </span><span>consistent concrete quality.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span> Conduct basic quality control checks on materials and fresh concrete when </span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span><span>Maintain </span><span>accurate</span><span> records of production volumes, materials used, and batch adjustments.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Monitor </span><span>raw material inventories and notify management when materials require Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License with reliable transportation.</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span><span> Strong attention to detail and ability to follow mix designs accurately.</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span><span> Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span><span> Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span><span> Ability to read and understand technical instructions and operational procedures.</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span><span>
