This high-profile position has a broad range of responsibilities and will work with all areas of the Club, including membership, food and beverage, and golf.&nbsp;</p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><br>&nbsp;</p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><u>Day-to-Day:</u></strong></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Work with the General Manager to create quarterly strategic sales plans.</li><li>Achieve quarterly and yearly Sports Club goals set forth by the company.</li><li>Conduct weekly sales meetings and create monthly performance reviews to recognize individual performance.</li><li>Maximize sales volume/personnel of all related departments.</li><li>Audit offerings to ensure the quality and diversity of program offerings.</li><li>Supervision, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training of all positions within the department.</li><li>Review payroll and revenue daily to confirm accuracy.</li><li>Ensure exceptional customer service by staff through the development and implementation of training/staff incentive programs, and continuing education opportunities to improve department.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><br>&nbsp;</p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><u>About You:</u></strong></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in the health/fitness/sports/wellness industry.</li><li>Previous operations/management/supervisory experience.</li><li>Demonstrated marketing and sales experience.</li><li>Previous managerial experience, including budgeting (revenue generation, expense control), business planning (strategic and operational) and the ability to develop and implement operational systems.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Service forward attitude and ability to engage members in programs.</li><li>Self-motivated, takes initiative with a strong work ethic.</li><li>Well-organized and detail-oriented.</li></ul><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong><u>Compensation Package</u></strong><u>:</u> Competitive Salary Range; Commissions on Lessons; Bonus Potential; Comprehensive Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision; 401k Retirement Plan; Ongoing Training and Development.
