If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that values hard work and dedication.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong>\n<strong>Operations & Efficiency Management</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct and coordinate overall operations to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness</li>\n <li>Plan, develop, and implement operational policies across warehousing, transportation, and customer service</li>\n <li>Design and manage dispatch systems to improve logistics and workflow</li>\n <li>Implement operational changes and continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Monitor and manage operating budgets for warehouse, manufacturing, and transportation functions</li>\n</ul> \n<strong>Compliance, Facility & Resource Management</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure trucking operations comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations</li>\n <li>Oversee warehouse conditions, equipment, and storage utilization</li>\n <li>Coordinate with purchasing and receiving teams to ensure accurate and timely product arrivals</li>\n <li>Maintain communication with vendors regarding issues such as missing materials, backorders, and delivery challenges</li>\n</ul> \n<strong>Customer Relations & Quality Assurance</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure delivery of high-quality products and services to customers</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers</li>\n <li>Represent the company professionally in all customer and vendor interactions</li>\n</ul> \n<strong>Technology & Confidentiality</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Research and implement technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness</li>\n <li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information, including personnel, pricing, customer data, and distribution methods</li>\n</ul> \n<strong>Additional Responsibilities & Miscellaneous</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and corporate objectives</li>\n</ul> \n<strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of construction materials and product distribution</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field, or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2+ years of management experience</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office products</li>\n <li>Experience in the building materials industry preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<strong><u>Reports To</u></strong>Branch Manager  \n<strong><u>Compensation</u></strong>The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on experience, qualifications, and work location within state.
