    "description": "<p>The Seasonal Material Handler supports the team by receiving, organizing, staging, and distributing materials needed for projects. This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">temporary, seasonal position primarily for Summer 2026</span>, with potential for extended or full-time opportunities based on performance and business needs. This role is critical to maintaining job site efficiency and ensuring crews have the right materials at the right time.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming roofing materials</li>\n<li>Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse and job sites</li>\n<li>Stage and prepare materials for daily job site needs</li>\n<li>Load and unload materials from delivery trucks safely and efficiently</li>\n<li>Transport materials to and from job sites as needed</li>\n<li>Safely operate company vehicles and pull trailers up to 20 feet in length</li>\n<li>Ensure proper storage and handling to prevent damage or loss</li>\n<li>Assist roofing crews with material distribution on-site</li>\n<li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas (warehouse and job sites)</li>\n<li>Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies</li>\n<li>Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in pulling and maneuvering trailers up to 20 feet required</li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n<li>Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or material handling (roofing experience a plus)</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of construction or roofing materials preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to be trained</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and work in outdoor conditions</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials</li>\n<li>Standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods</li>\n<li>Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Combination of warehouse and active construction job sites</li>\n<li>Exposure to outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)</li>\n<li>Fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Employment Terms</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hourly, non-exempt position</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is a seasonal role and is not eligible for company benefits</span></li>\n<li>Potential for continued employment based on performance and business needs</li>\n</ul>",
