From community outreach, diversity and inclusion initiatives, to investments designed to support conservation and sustainability our community and environmental stewardship is evident.</p><p>If working for a company that emphasizes diversity, environmental consciousness and making a positive impact every day is in line with your career goals, we&#39;d love to have you on our TEAM!</p><p>Here are some of the benefits our employees enjoy for their contributions to our success:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Medical Coverage for employees</li><li>Vision Coverage for employees</li><li>Dental Coverage for employees</li></ul><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>Responsible for driving to and from designated locations, transporting soiled linen and delivering clean linen products to hotel customers, while verifying loads and adhering to state and Federal Regulations.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Operates delivery trucks of various models and gross vehicle weights</li><li>Loads clean linen carts into trucks, checking to insure accuracy of load against the delivery ticket</li><li>Drives trucks to specified hotel and/or hospital properties and unloads clean linen carts as well as assists hotel or hospital personnel in delivery to designated areas</li><li>Tags and identifies soiled linen carts using proper techniques to ensure that no cross contamination occurs; loads truck and returns items to laundry and unloads into designated areas as specified by Production Manager</li><li>Completes safety inspection of truck prior to every delivery</li><li>Maintains appearance of the truck by not eating, smoking or littering when inside the vehicle at any time; also responsible for ensuring that truck has a full gas tank</li><li>Completes trip sheets accurately to reflect all stops, number of carts delivered, number of carts retrieved and breaks</li><li>Assists scalers and linen distribution by positioning carts in appropriate area and placing plastic liners over carts as required.</li><li>Communicates customer concerns or complaints promptly to Production Manager on duty or to Transportation Manager</li><li>Maintains truck by regularly cleaning cab area, exterior and sanitizing interior of truck after returning soiled laundry carts to ULS</li><li>Able to push/pull carts loaded with linen weighing approximately 550 pounds</li><li>Able to correctly and safely operate truck lift gate and back up trucks into tight places</li><li>Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with all federal, state and local regulations for the safe operations of a commercial motor vehicle.</li><li>Professional representation of the Company and the trucking industry through responsible driving and appearance</li><li>Drivers must comply with all Customers&rsquo; safety and delivery requirements</li><li>Ability to pass a drug test</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must possess a valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>Position requires high school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Must be able to work independently and follow instructions</li><li>Must complete Safe Driver orientation</li><li>Able to understand and complete simple math functions</li><li>Must be able to follow maps or directions to meet destination in a safe and efficient manner.</li><li>Able to understand and complete basic math</li></ul><p><strong>Work Hours:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Morning or evening shift available</li><li>May include working on the weekends or during Holidays.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical / Mental Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assigned duties are accomplished primarily driving the truck and an industrial setting.</li><li>Able to correctly and safely operate truck lift gate and back-up trucks into tight places</li><li>Able to push/pull cars loaded with linen weighing approximately up to 550 pounds</li><li>May be at an industrial setting with heat/cold and distracting noise levels</li></ul><p><strong>Safety:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>All employees are responsible for their personal safety and safety of others.
