    "ExternalResponsibilitiesStr": "<p>The Field Insurance Inspector conducts virtual and onsite inspections of high value homes and small businesses for personal and commercial lines insurance companies to analyze replacement cost value and to assess risk.</p><p>An added perk is the opportunity to regularly visit beautiful high-end custom homes in the most affluent locations in the service area.</p><p>The candidate should be capable of demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and expertise to all stakeholders in the survey process (Agents, Policyholders, Business Assistants, etc.).</p><p>Field Insurance Inspectors must complete the requisite number of surveys each month to achieve personal revenue production goals, and complete other special projects as assigned by their manager.</p><ul><li><strong>High Value Surveys</strong><br />Conduct property surveys on high value homes, documenting the construction materials, workmanship and special features of structure</li><li>Determine square footage of the home through detailed measurements or by replicating available building plans</li><li>Generate an estimate replacement cost based on industry calculators, EXL resources and your personal findings at the home</li><li>Observe and assess physical and liability hazards to the property, including natural hazards such as wildfire and hurricane exposure.
