Description Behavioral Health Outpatient Coordinator Schedule: this is a full-time position that will primarily work M-F from 8 am to 5 pm. More about our team Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is a 75-bed acute care hospital that offers exceptional care to Elko county and the surrounding areas of northeastern Nevada. We are recognized by the American College of Cardiology as an accredited Chest Pain Center and we believe that health care should be effective, safer, and more available to all people. We are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality, family-friendly care available. How you’ll contribute A Behavioral Health Coordinator who excels in this role: Monitors and completes necessary audits for patient care tracking. Handles all aspects of the admission process. Supports the completion of pre-admission paperwork as applicable. Supports the tracking and collection of required assessments and surveys (such as BASIS-32/CABA and patient satisfaction surveys). Maintains supply of therapeutic tools such as worksheets, videos, and games for clinician use. Per the therapist dictation maintains the programming schedule. Supports with charge reconciliation and entering as required. Supports team with patient group assignments and coordination efforts. Provides impeccable customer service to patients, families, referral sources, and stakeholders. Supports vital and UDS capture as needed. Completes DCAR reporting in a timely and accurate fashion. Maintains staff schedules and ensures staffing for the program. Monitors and records attendance including tardiness and absences. Audits charts. Communicates with treatment team to ensure chart compliance. Interfaces with others to ensure completion of physician follow-ups from CPE. Manages Family Session Schedules as required by program.
