    "description": "<h2> Overview </h2>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori Specialist to support a large-scale ERP modernization initiative within a highly regulated federal environment. This role will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the SAP Fiori user experience, enabling a transition from traditional SAP GUI to a modern, role-based interface.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a <strong>75% remote position</strong> with approximately <strong>25% quarterly travel to the Washington, DC metro area</strong>. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be <strong>U.S. Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance</strong>.</p>\n<h2> Responsibilities </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the design and implementation of a role-based SAP Fiori UX strategy aligned to end-to-end business processes (e.g., finance, procurement, order management)</li>\n <li>Configure and manage the Fiori Launchpad, including Spaces, Pages, Catalogs, Groups, and Target Mappings</li>\n <li>Oversee the activation and deployment of standard Fiori applications, ensuring proper configuration of OData services and system connectivity</li>\n <li>Collaborate with development teams to extend and enhance Fiori applications using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and Fiori Elements while maintaining clean core principles</li>\n <li>Partner with security teams to ensure proper role-based access and compliance with system authorization requirements</li>\n <li>Monitor and optimize performance of Fiori applications, including troubleshooting Gateway issues, cache management, and UI5 versioning</li>\n <li>Serve as a cross-functional liaison, advising functional teams on best-fit Fiori applications and user experience solutions</li>\n <li>Lead UX testing, issue resolution, and system validation activities</li>\n <li>Develop training materials and provide guidance to end users to support adoption of Fiori capabilities and modern UX features</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> Qualifications </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>U.S. Citizenship required with an <strong>Active Secret Clearance</strong> or higher</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, including strong knowledge of S/4HANA Fiori architecture (embedded and/or standalone)</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Launchpad Service and Work Zone</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of OData services (SEGW), SAP Gateway, and front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS)</li>\n <li>Experience with Fiori Elements and other low-code/no-code UX tools such as Screen Personas</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using tools such as Chrome DevTools and manage transports (CTS+)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with performance tuning, mobile enablement, and responsive design</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language</li>\n <li>Experience in a federal or highly regulated environment preferred</li>\n <li>Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508) is a plus</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>\n<ul>\n <li><em>W2 Hourly rate starts at $70.54.
