This position serves as the primary liaison between Airport IT project teams, Airport Operations, airline partners, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution while minimizing operational impacts. The successful candidate will leverage airport operations expertise, technology knowledge, and stakeholder management skills to support technology infrastructure projects across multiple airport terminals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Required Education</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or other related technical field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You'll Need to Get the Job Done</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years of professional experience, preferably supporting airport projects.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of airport operations and airport technology systems.</li>\n<li>Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical audiences.</li>\n<li>High level of organizational awareness and operational understanding.</li>\n<li>Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced airport environment.</li>\n<li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What Will Make You Stand Out</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in Airport Operations within a large hub airport environment.</li>\n<li>Experience in airline operations, terminal management, or project management.</li>\n<li>Direct involvement with airport IT or infrastructure projects.</li>\n<li>Experience working across multiple airport terminals.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with LAX terminal projects and operational environment.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting end users and/or managing teams.</li>\n<li>Experience working with LAWA, airlines, contractors, and City departments.</li>\n<li>AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, or other relevant certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary liaison between Airport IT project teams, Airport Operations, and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Facilitate communication and alignment among airline partners, LAWA stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.</li>\n<li>Provide project status updates, milestone tracking, risk identification, and dependency management.</li>\n<li>Coordinate IT project activities across multiple airport terminals.</li>\n<li>Identify operational impacts and support mitigation planning efforts.</li>\n<li>Coordinate contractor activities and ensure compliance with operational requirements.</li>\n<li>Participate in project meetings, site walks, and operational briefings.</li>\n<li>Track project progress, action items, and deliverables.</li>\n<li>Support integration of airport equipment and systems with IT infrastructure.</li>\n<li>Identify project risks, gaps, and coordination challenges.</li>\n<li>Foster strong relationships across stakeholder groups to support successful project delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Technology Systems Supported</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>SITA Systems</li>\n<li>Airport IT Infrastructure</li>\n<li>PMWeb</li>\n<li>Bluebeam</li>\n<li>Adobe Acrobat Pro</li>\n<li>SharePoint</li>\n<li>Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n<li>Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS)</li>\n<li>Airport Operational Database (AODB)</li>\n<li>Baggage Handling Systems (BHS)</li>\n<li>Airport Kiosks</li>\n<li>Gate and Terminal Operational Equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Preferred Skills / Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to translate operational requirements into technology solutions.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and planning abilities.</li>\n<li>Advanced problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to support complex airport technology and operational environments.</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Additional Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>May be required to work beyond normal business hours.</li>\n<li>May be required to work various shifts as needed.</li>\n<li>May perform additional duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>$225,000.00 - $240,000.00 annually</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bonus Pay:</p>\n<p>A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals;
