We rent out a vast array of equipment, including portable air conditioners, chillers, heaters, and generators, helping clients save time and money while enhancing their operations and memorable events.</p><p>We are immediately hiring Service Technicians to join our dynamic team, all levels available starting at Entry Level up to Senior Technicians.</p><p><strong><u>Why Mobile Air?</u></strong> Here are some of the perks &amp; rewards:</p><ul><li>Full-time positions with overtime and weekend opportunities &nbsp;</li><li>Competitive hourly pay with quarterly bonus opportunities &nbsp;</li><li>Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance &nbsp;</li><li>Life Insurance &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>401k with company match &nbsp;</li><li>Paid time off (vacation, sick days, holidays) &nbsp;</li><li>Career development and advancement potential &nbsp;</li><li>Employee discount programs &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>What you&rsquo;ll do:</u></strong></p><ul><li>As a representative of Mobile Air, you will coordinate the delivery, installation, and servicing of our rental equipment. &nbsp;</li><li>Process customer orders received from sales or the branch manager, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery. &nbsp;</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer experiences that foster repeat business. &nbsp;</li><li>Install and connect heating equipment to natural gas or propane sources and set up flexible ductwork for temporary applications. &nbsp;</li><li>Utilize appropriate PPE and fall protection at all times to ensure safety. &nbsp;</li><li>Perform initial equipment startup and necessary service repairs, and retrieve equipment from customer locations upon rental completion. &nbsp;</li><li>Conduct equipment reconditioning per established work instructions and document returned items, ensuring proper storage in the branch warehouse. &nbsp;</li><li>Higher-level technicians will clean, troubleshoot, and repair air-cooled chillers and large tonnage HVAC equipment, including diagnosing refrigerant circuit issues and supporting installations.</li></ul><p><strong><u>We&rsquo;re looking for the following skills/experience:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience levels ranging from 0-5 years are welcome. &nbsp;</li><li>A high school diploma or GED is required; a 2-year HVAC certificate or Universal Refrigeration Certificate is preferred for higher-level technicians. &nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; familiarity with MRP or rental software is an advantage. &nbsp;</li><li>Must pass a DOT physical and drug test to operate company vehicles. &nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR). &nbsp;</li><li>Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check prior to employment</li><li>Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. using safe lifting practices. &nbsp;</li><li>Strong customer service aptitude, effective communication skills, and mechanical knowledge. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>A willingness to learn and develop within the company.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Work Schedule:</u></strong></p><ul><li>This position may require working a rotating on-call schedule and being available for evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons. Travel may also be necessary.
