We will never ask you for any personal information over the phone, via email or via text.</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A High School diploma or general education degree</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REASONING ABILITY</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to read, write, and speak English</li>\n <li>Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and management </li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be physically fit with the stamina required in order to work while standing and walking for extended periods of time </li>\n <li>Will be required to be available for photo and video shoots for promotional opportunities </li>\n <li>Work in an enclosed and busy area</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to safely lift a minimum of 12 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adult content environment</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions</li>\n <li>24-hour operation with a very fast paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.</li>\n <li>Ability to always smile and make eye contact, appear friendly and personable at all times.</li>\n <li>Must be able to deal Poker: NL Hold ’Em & Omaha (PLO/Big O) and maintain integrity of the game by abiding by and adhering to the rules, policies and procedures in the Poker Dealer’s Guide.</li>\n <li>Be completely familiar with information about the casino, current games, and promotions.</li>\n <li>Must be articulate and able to convey information and answer questions regarding casino promotions, games and special events. </li>\n <li>Alert the Floor person in the event of a gaming dispute, or to make a gaming decision.</li>\n <li>Inform the Floor person of any suspicious or unusual activity.</li>\n <li>Be aware of any empty seats at the table and notify the Floor person.</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional, well-groomed and photogenic appearance at all times.</li>\n <li>Must be able to multitask while performing the various functions required.</li>\n <li>Must be able to clearly articulate to the floor person or Shift Manager, any incidents that may occur at the gaming tables.</li>\n <li>Exhibit high level of confidence, high energy and outgoing attitude.</li>\n <li>Be alert to recognize when a guest may have had enough to drink. Never indicate that a tip “toke” or gratuity is expected for service.</li>\n <li>Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager.</li>\n <li>Wear the uniforms as directed </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to make change using American Monetary units</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Gardena PD Work Permit</li>\n</ul>",
