High School Diploma or equivalent.</p>\n<p>2.    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Illinois approved Certification required.</p>\n<p>3.    Current Phlebotomy certification upon hire, preferred.</p>\n<p>4.    Current EKG certification upon hire, preferred.</p>\n<p>5.    Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.</p>\n<p>6.    Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.</p>\n<p>7.    Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.</p>\n<h2>Pay Transparency</h2>\n<p>St. Mary's Hospital - Kankakee offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $21.00 to $21.00.
