Prepare food using microwave, toaster and speed oven.</p><p>Cabinet Mountain Only: 19&#43; serving cocktails, beer, wine, using a slushy machine, in addition to the above tasks.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Open and/or close the coffee shop.</li><li>Complete prep work and prepare drink/food items.</li><li>Always provide exceptional guest service.</li><li>Operate the cash machine (Squirrel or SkyTab), balance cash, and complete appropriate paperwork.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop.</li><li>Remain professional and courteous in both appearance and manner.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Specific Job Skills</b>:</p><p><u>License/Certifications</u>- Food Handlers Certification, Allery Safety Training, if Cabinet: Alcohol Service Training (ABC Certification) (we&#39;ll help obtain)</p><p><u>Technical</u>- Coffee and Kitchen equipment knowledge</p><p><u>Physical Capabilities</u>- Combined standing/walking for up to 8 hours per shift. Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist, and reach above shoulder level frequently.
