Strong collaboration, a curiosity-driven mindset, empathy, and a willingness to explore and learn sophisticated systems are essential for this role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> U.S.</p>\n<p><strong>Remote/Hybrid:</strong> 100% remote if located outside the Greater Phoenix, AZ area.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Simplify complex technical workflows into clear, user-friendly designs.</li>\n <li>Conduct user research and competitive analysis to propose experience-based improvements that will give us an advantage over our competitors.</li>\n <li>Work closely with other designers, product management, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the highest design-implementation standards.</li>\n <li>Advocate for best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and semantic UI.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development and implementation of our design system.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with design tools (Figma - primary tool, Adobe XD).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.</li>\n <li>Understanding of the latest global accessibility regulations and recommendations.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive interfaces.</li>\n <li>Strong collaboration and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines while consistently meeting commitments and deadlines.</li>\n <li>Curiosity, user empathy and understanding, and a continuous learning mindset.</li>\n <li>Innovative, creative spirit with an appreciation of and skill for creating simple yet elegant design.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Company Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>Axway has been shaping the future of enterprise integration for over 25 years.
