      "value": "<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>3 – 5 years of relevant experience in systems integration and/or software development (experience in healthcare or MedTech strongly preferred).</li><li>Proven experience with EMR integration projects, ideally in customer‑facing roles.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with integration platforms (e.g., MIRTH Connect, MuleSoft, TIBCO, Informatica, WSO2).</li><li>Experience with JavaScript, SQL database and Cloud platforms (ideally Azure).</li><li>Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, SFTP, REST API, VPN connectivity.</li><li>Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA knowledge is a strong plus).</li><li>Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and hospital workflows.</li></ul>"
