    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Hi!  I'm the girl named Jack and I'm the Food Service Director here at Round Lake Christian Camp!  I'm hiring for the follow positions and shifts for this upcoming 2026 Summer Season.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Overview </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Prep Cook/Kitchen Help is responsible for providing a healthy, fulfilling meal for campers in a loving, Christian Environment. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As of 4/25/26, </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We need 1-2 more 6am-2pm for Lodge Side Monday-Thursday</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We need 1-2 more 10:30am-7pm Camp Side Monday-Thursday</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The contract starts June 1st and runs through August 10th</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is a great opportunity for those who work the school systems and are looking for summer work options or teens that are looking for summer employment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include </span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preparing, cooking, cleaning, and serving large quantities of food</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Using camp kitchen equipment in a safe, efficient manner.</span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Grills, ovens, deep fryers, dishwasher, large mixer, food slicer, coffee maker, etc.</span></li>\n</ol>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Cleaning all camp kitchen equipment and camp kitchens as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintaining a high standard of sanitation in food preparation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Stocking pantry, storerooms, coolers, freezers on delivery days</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Education/Experience</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Large quantity cooking experience preferred but not required.  Will train those with a great mindset and taste buds!</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Other Requirements</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Personal Qualities: Strives for good communication with co-workers, campers, volunteers. Has an interest in Christian camping; projects good health habits; has health and stamina to perform job effectively; maintains self-control in stressful situations; able to follow verbal and written instructions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Physical Demands: Exposed heat from burners, ovens, and steam trays. Exposed to cutting and slicing equipment and machine moving parts. Required to stand for prolonged periods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Valid Ohio drivers license</span></li>\n</ol>",
