Faculty teach year-round, serve on college committees, develop and update curricula, stay current in their academic fields and teaching methods, participate in both on- and off-campus staff development activities, perform administrative duties related to their roles, engage in university, professional, and community service, and pursue scholarly work related to teaching and learning.</p>\n\n<p><b><u>Essential Job Functions/Primary Responsibilities</u>:</b></p>\n\n<p><i>(The essential functions or duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
