      "content": "<div>\n<p><strong>DevOps &amp; Automation</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for database and application deployments</li>\n<li>Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools</li>\n<li>Build and maintain deployment workflows for applications, ETL pipelines, and database changes</li>\n<li>Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for proactive system management</li>\n<li>Improve system reliability through automation, scripting, and continuous improvement practices</li>\n\n<p><strong>Database Administration &amp; Engineering</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Administer and maintain PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle databases</li>\n<li>Install, configure, patch, and upgrade database systems</li>\n<li>Manage database security including access controls, encryption, auditing, and compliance with DoD STIGs</li>\n<li>Monitor database performance (CPU, memory, I/O, tablespaces) and perform tuning and optimization</li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity and availability through backup, recovery, and restore testing procedures</li>\n<li>Perform ad hoc data exports and support data access requests</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain database documentation including System Security Plans (SSPs) and backup procedures</li>\n\n<p><strong>Data Pipeline &amp; ETL Operations</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Deploy, run, monitor, and troubleshoot ETL pipelines across multiple systems</li>\n<li>Collaborate with developers to resolve data pipeline issues and optimize performance</li>\n<li>Support data integrations.</li>\n<li>Ensure reliable data movement between systems including cross-domain (High-to-Low) environments</li>\n\n<p><strong>Security &amp; Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Implement and maintain compliance with DISA STIGs and DoD security requirements</li>\n<li>Support cross-domain solutions and processes (e.g., High-to-Low data transfers)</li>\n<li>Participate in security audits, vulnerability remediation, and patch management</li>\n<li>Maintain audit logs and enforce data governance policies</li>\n\n<p><strong>Deployment &amp; Environment Management</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Deploy approved software and applications across environments</li>\n<li>Manage software licensing and system updates</li>\n<li>Perform environment health checks and daily system monitoring</li>\n<li>Support continuity of operations (COOP) activities and annual exercises</li>\n\n<p><strong>Incident Response &amp; Support</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3 production issues</li>\n<li>Support mission-critical applications.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with system administrators, network, security, and VDI teams to resolve complex issues</li>\n<li>Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) and security meetings</li>\n\n<p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to improve system performance and reliability</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and reduce manual processes</li>\n<li>Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices</li>\n\n</ul></ul></ul></ul></ul></ul></ul></div>"

      "content": "<div>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Database Administration roles.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB (Oracle experience a plus)</li>\n<li>Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or similar)</li>\n<li>Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred)</li>\n<li>Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis</li>\n<li>Experience working in DoD or government environments</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of DevOps principles including automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code</li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of database administration and performance tuning</li>\n<li>Ability to operate in secure, regulated environments with strict compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex distributed systems</li>\n<li>Effective communication and collaboration across technical teams</li>\n<li>Security+ certification (required and maintained with continuing education credits)</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
