The ideal candidate is playful and kind, yet able to provide gentle structure and guidance when needed.</p>\n<p><strong>Start Date:</strong> June 1st</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong><strong></strong> Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–7:30pm Flexibility to stay later as needed Guaranteed 32 hours per week</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>After-school care and engagement for both children</li>\n <li>Supporting homework completion and encouraging productive routines</li>\n <li>Assisting with and/or coordinating after-school activities (e.g., sewing class/tutoring)</li>\n <li>Preparing healthy snacks and beginning dinner for the family</li>\n <li>Light tidying and maintaining organization of children’s areas</li>\n <li>Occasional daycare pickup for the 3-year-old</li>\n <li>Supervising children during swimming and water activities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)</li>\n <li>Naturally warm, playful, and engaging personality</li>\n <li>Able to provide structure and keep children on track in a positive, supportive way</li>\n <li>Proactive, organized, and comfortable assisting with light household support</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior childcare experience with similar age groups</li>\n <li>Clean driving record and valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>Must have a reliable personal vehicle</li>\n <li>Confident swimmer with ability to supervise children in water</li>\n <li>Comfortable managing after-school routines and guiding homework</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<p>$40/hourly depending on experience </p>",
