We are creators who believe that what we build drives the growth of our cities and that to fulfill our mission, we must constantly challenge the old way of doing things. Headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana, we thrive on building communities, building teams, building leaders, and growing the business throughout the Southeast region with additional teams currently in Nashville and Huntsville.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>About the Role</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The Superintendent leads, directs, and coordinates the overall site management of a project, per the total scope of services as defined in each projects contract documents, to meet the project completion and profit objectives.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Primary Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Develop a high performance team through training, coaching, and mentoring and ensure regular feedback is shared with team through documented coaching sessions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with clients, the design community, subcontractors, vendors, and various organizations to enhance future business opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Create and direct the overall strategy that drives the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and employee staffing levels.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure that the work completed is in compliance with and conforms to the approved contract documents.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support and drive utilization of various Impetus initiatives and technologies.</span></li>\n<li><span>Management of the work site safety program; identify and report any unsafe behavior on the site or hazardous conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Analyze reports on project project progress and changes in strategy as applicable.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in CM, Business, or related field and 5+ years of commercial construction experience, or equivalent in commercial construction management experience.<br></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated experience leading teams and processes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated experience directing strategic initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency with software, including MS Office Suite, project management software, accounting cost management software (CMIC, ProCore or similar), and scheduling software (P6 or similar). </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to implement new technologies to benefit the projects.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Core Competencies</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Insatiable Curiosity - Always asking \"why\" to find the root cause, allowing the right problem to be solved</span></li>\n<li><span>Driven to collaborate and innovate</span></li>\n<li><span>Organization and Planning - Takes a methodical approach to planning daily activities</span></li>\n<li><span>Interpersonal Skills - Establishes cooperative, collaborative, trusting relationships with co-workers and business contacts</span></li>\n<li><span>Communication - Communicates with co-workers and business contacts effectively through written, verbal, and non-verbal communication, as well as excellent listening</span></li>\n<li><span>Tech Savvy - The ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing technology is key</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>RNGD is an equal employment opportunity employer.</p>",
