font-size: 14px;\">We are seeking a part-time Welding Instructor to work alongside the senior instructor, follow the welding curriculum, and support students in the classroom and welding lab.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assist with student instruction in both the classroom and welding lab</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Guide and support student learning in a safe, structured environment</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Demonstrate welding, cutting, fitting, and fabrication techniques</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Prepare materials and projects for instruction</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Weld, fabricate, cut, and visually inspect welds on a variety of materials and processes</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Facilitate workshop sessions as needed</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Current welding certification or completion of an <strong>AWS program</strong>, trade school, <strong>900-hour welder/fabricator program</strong>, or equivalent training.<ul><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">and/or 5-7 <strong>&nbsp;years of documented industry experience&nbsp;</strong></li></ul></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Strong knowledge of welding theory, welding code requirements, and certification standards</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Demonstrated commitment to workplace and lab safety, including the ability to follow and enforce safety protocols</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds, skill levels, and learning needs</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ability to pass a <strong>multi-process welding and cutting evaluation</strong></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Minimum of <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in fabrication, fitting, ironwork, welding, CNC, pipe, or related metalworking industries, whether civilian or military</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;
