This role location is Boston, MA ( 4 days in office expectation).</span></p><p><span><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Direct a Fund Reporting area consisting of multiple teams responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports on behalf of assigned clients and funds.</span></li><li><span>Manage the financial and human resources for the unit, ensuring teams operate effectively to meet unit goals and objectives.</span></li><li><span>Execute business plans and contribute to the development of functional strategy.</span></li><li><span>Provide oversight and guidance in setting processes that check for completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements.</span></li><li><span>Resolve the most complex escalated issues from team members.</span></li><li><span>Oversee relationships with senior-level auditors and large, complex clients to ensure financial reporting meets expectations and accurately depicts fund performance.</span></li><li><span>Ensure financial reporting complies with Corporate and applicable regulatory standards.</span></li><li><span>Lead analysis of changes in accounting and disclosure standards to set new policies ensuring compliance.</span></li><li><span>Lead presentation of fund reports to the Board of Directors to ensure good governance and communicate complex, difficult, or controversial concepts.</span></li><li><span>Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective teamwork.</span></li><li><span>Manage a large Fund Reporting area primarily through subordinate managers.</span></li><li><span>Responsible for achieving goals of a large financial reporting area, talent management, and supervision of teams.</span><br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></li><li><span>10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years of management experience preferred.</span></li><li><span>Experience in accounting and/or finance preferred.</span></li></ul><p><span>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</span></p><p><span>BNY Newsroom</span><br><span>BNY LinkedIn</span></p><p><span>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</span></p><p><span>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</span><br><span>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</span><br><span>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</span></p><p><span>Our Benefits and Rewards:</span></p><p><span>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $130,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
